We serve clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors.  80% of our business has roots or impact in the real estate development and homebuilding arenas.  In the past 12 months we have completed projects in the real estate arena for: DMB, Rancho Mission Viejo Company, Patriot American Development, Vanderbilt Farms/W Holdings, Centex Homes, Meritage Homes, Monterey Metropolitan, Randall Martin Home , Orleans Homes, Weinstein Communities, and Palm Creek RV Resort.

We have completed significant projects for retail (Bashas’ & Discount Tire), and entertainment (Phoenix Suns & Phoenix Mercury) based businesses as well as public agencies (City of Peoria ) and non-profits (ASU Foundation).

Directed the vision, priorities and activities of 3 departments and over 300 sales and marketing personnel across the country.

Pre 1991             Work Summary

Coopers & Lybrand; Senior management consultant, responsible for developing the active adult retirement consulting practice and the golf consulting practice.    

Retirement Living Affiliates (Subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Life Insurance); Marketing Research Manager, responsible for market feasibility studies, customer satisfaction studies, and marketing application tests.  Created a multivariate model of resident and employee satisfaction that was used to refine operational and marketing strategy bi-annually.

 

Public Opinion Research Center at ASU.  Supervised and managed numerous quantitative and qualitative research projects from methodology design, to fieldwork and completion of reports.
